TURAPÜR DIVERTER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

The Turapur fits on most standard-style sinks, but spray-style sink faucets require a special diverter.

Q: How do I know if the diverter will work on my faucet?

A: If the brand is Moen, Kohler or Delta, the chances are very good that it will fit.

The first thing to check is to ensure you are able to remove the spray wand from the hose. Pull the spray wand out and twist counter-clockwise to remove the wand.

The connection with the hose needs to be flush, like a garden hose. You cannot have a stem or any kind of unique gasket connection coming out of the hose. If it’s flush it should work.

Q: Will I need the adapters the come with the Turapür?

A: If the connection is ½” then you will NOT need the adapters. If the connection is the smaller 3/8” then YES YOU WILL. You’ll use 1 adapter on each side of the diverter.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Pull the spray wand out and twist counter-clockwise to remove the wand from the hose.

The connection with the hose needs to be flush, like a garden hose. You cannot have a stem or any kind of unique gasket connection coming out of the hose. If it’s flush it should work.

2. Screw the diverter into the hose connection (using adapters if necessary).

3. Screw the spray wand into the diverter.

4. Unscrew the gasket from the diverter and slide it down the Turapür hose

5. Connect the Turapür hose with diverter stem.

6. Slide the gasket back up towards the diverter and screw in place.

7. You’re now connected! Place the Turapür on your counter and follow the instructions included in your manual.
