To return an unopened box of products, simply write REFUSE-RETURN TO SENDER on the package and give back to the postal service.
Otherwise please follow these instructions:
- Place any unopened Turapur Filters you wish to return in a box.
- Insert a note with your full name and email address so your account can be located.
- Or write the following on the front of the box:

- Arrange for the box to be shipped with a postal carrier like UPS, Fed-Ex, or the USPS.
- Please allow 14-21 business days for any refunds to be processed.

Your Turapür product also comes with a three-year warranty. This means we personally pledge your Turapür product will arrive intact and function perfectly once installed. Otherwise, defective parts will be replaced for free. Filters, however, should always be replaced on schedule, and wearing out from normal use is not covered under the warranty.
