Researchers concluded that eating fish like this just twice a week lowered the risk of major CVD events such as heart attacks and strokes.
That’s because fish oil can reduce the inflammation that causes damage to your blood vessels and lead to heart disease.
In other words, simply adding a little fish to your diet is not only a great way to prevent heart disease, it also stops some of the most severe symptoms of heart disease for folks that already have it!
Now that’s something a prescription CAN’T promise!

Salmon filets are an easy fish to grill. Just place them on a piece of olive oil-coated aluminum foil, season with salt and pepper, then toss them on the grill at medium-high heat for about 15 minutes for a mouthwatering dinner.

Remember, you don’t have to eat fish every day. Getting fish into your diet twice a week is all you need for a healthy heart.
