Especially when it comes to your waistline!
According to a lengthy study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, eating cheese is essentially ‘neutral’ when it comes to your weight.
Researchers looked at over 120,000 people for several decades and identified several foods tied TO weight loss.
These included meats, potatoes, grains, AND cheese!
In fact, those that ate cheese regularly during the study showed a minimal inverse relationship between body mass and cheese consumption.
In other words, eating cheese in most cases is tied to weight loss!
But there’s more…
The study also found that increased dairy consumption led to increased lean muscle mass and a DECREASE in body fat!
So much for that whole ‘dairy makes you fat’ myth!
Now, this doesn’t mean you should eat a whole block of cheese. But it does give you the green light to eat some cheese and other dairy products from time to time without fretting about your waistline.

In other words, if you do eat dairy, stick to the recommended serving sizes and you should be just fine.
