In fact, findings now show you could be missing out on three, critical health factors by NOT eating breakfast.
According to a new study out of Ohio State University, older adults who skip breakfast miss out on FOUR key nutrients that are most abundant in common breakfast foods.
Those four nutrients are…
Calcium (in milk) … vitamin C (in fruit), and a combination of fiber, vitamins, and minerals (in oatmeal).
You see, by ditching breakfast, the study found that your body could be very LOW on these essential nutrients the rest of your day.
Researchers in the study also found that you’re less likely to ‘make up’ for missing those key nutrients later in the day.
Think about it…
If you skip a breakfast of oatmeal and fruit, there’s a very good chance you’re not going to make great food choices for the rest of the day.
