If you’re not quite ready to hit the dance floor (but are concerned about your balance), scientists have developed a SIMPLE clinical test that can assess your lower limb strength of seniors and can predict your risk of falls.
The “enhanced paper grip test” involves pulling a small card from underneath the foot while gripping it with the big toe.
