Well, according to a new research study, following the time-tested advice of Goldilocks may actually be the key to helping stave off HEART DISEASE.

According to a study that was recently presented through the American College of Cardiology, sleeping too much or too little at night could increase your chances of dying from a heart attack or stroke!
Adequate amounts of sleep have long been viewed as critical function to overall health and longevity… especially when it comes to heart health.
But now research confirms that getting a specific amount of sleep gives you the best shot at beating heart disease.
The study found that folks who consistently get six to seven hours of sleep each night had the lowest chance of death from a heart attack or stroke.
But the chances of dying went UP for folks that frequently got LESS or MORE than that six to seven hours ‘sweet spot.’
In other words, getting six to seven hours of sleep each night is JUST RIGHT… at least when it comes to maintaining optimal heart health. (Just like Goldilocks said!)
