According to a new research study out of the United Kingdom, drinking 3 cups of coffee a day can massively reduce your risk of developing or dying from liver disease!
It turns out that coffee drinkers had a 21% reduced risk of liver disease and a jaw-dropping 49% lower risk of death from chronic liver disease.
And get this, the study also found that DECAF coffee can also reduce the risk of liver disease… which is great news if you have a caffeine sensitivity.
You see, coffee (both regular strength and decaf) is packed with anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic compounds… both of which prevent tissue scaring that is important for your liver health.
