“Forgotten Fungus” LOWERS Cancer Risk 45%!
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
If you’ve ever had a friend or loved one battle cancer, you know firsthand just how difficult it is watch.
Between the devastating news of a cancer diagnosis to the life-sucking, mainstream treatments – cancer shows NO remorse… even to the healthiest of individuals!
And to make matters worse, a cure for cancer is still not available.
But that doesn’t mean you need to live your life in FEAR of cancer.
That’s because there’s new, groundbreaking research that proves you can reduce your risk of developing cancer by a jaw-dropping 45%
How’s it possible?
It’s all thanks to one, forgotten ‘fungus.’
After nearly 55 years of analysis, researchers at Penn State University have found that eating more MUSHROOMS is associated with a lower risk of developing cancer.
The researchers examined dozens of studies from 1966 to 2020, and analyzed close to 20,000 cancer patients and they found that individuals who ate 18 grams of mushrooms daily had a 45% lower risk of cancer compared to those who did NOT eat mushrooms.
But why mushrooms?
Mushrooms may be a ‘fungus’, but they are packed with vitamins, nutrients, and a specific antioxidant called ergothioneine.
Ergothioneine is unique in that it is considered a “cellular protector” and helps protect the body from oxidative stress, which is a key driver of developing cancer.
But consuming mushrooms on a regular basis ensures you’re getting enough ergothioneine, which keep your body’s supply of cells are well protected.
If that’s not a reason to eat more mushrooms, I don’t know what is!
Fortunately, mushrooms are incredibly easy to incorporate into your diet.
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting... as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death -- and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
Mushrooms are a great addition to dishes like salads, stir-fry, and soups. And Portobello mushrooms are a great ‘meatless’ alternative to beef patties.
But what if you’re not keen on the taste of mushrooms? Then check out turkey tail mushrooms.
Turkey tail, is a wild-growing medicinal mushroom that gets its name from its unique shape and multiple colors, which resemble turkey feathers.
And multiple studies have linked this funky-looking mushroom (that looks just like the tail of a wild turkey) to fighting and even ELIMINATING cancer.
Turkey tail capsules can be found at online retailer Swanson Vitamins. One bottle of 120 capsules will last you about one month, depending on your usage, and cost around $12.
You can also find turkey tail powder – to be added to water, tea, and other beverages – from retailers like Peak Performance. One 60-gram container will cost about $19.
