30 Min ‘Coffee Trick MELTS Fat?!

If you’ve ever struggled with trying to lose weight, you know how frustrating it can be.

You work out like crazy… starve yourself… try every fad diet known to man… and maybe reach for a supplement that promises to ‘help’ your workouts.

And the good news is… all you need is this 30 minute “coffee trick.”

According to an international research study out of Spain, drinking coffee 30 minutes BEFORE exercising in the afternoon MAXIMIZES your body’s fat burning!

Caffeine has long been associated as a great way to ‘wake up’ the body, and many people feel like their workouts are better if they have a little coffee beforehand.

But now research confirms that a little Java can actually help your workouts jumpstart your body’s fat-burning potential.

Researchers found that caffeine ingestion 30 minutes before performing an aerobic exercise test increased maximum fat oxidation during exercise. Fat oxidation is the process of breaking down fatty acids.

And get this, they found that fat oxidation levels were higher during afternoon workouts than morning workouts.

In other words, exercising ANY time of day is good for you… if you’re looking to drop some extra pounds, having a little coffee and working out in the afternoon gives your body’s fat burning a little extra ‘jolt.’

Now, if you’re a ‘morning person’ and like to get your physical activity done early in the day… KEEP IT GOING!

But if you’re looking to get a little bit more out of your workouts, consider a small cup of coffee in the afternoon followed by a short walk around the neighborhood.

The same goes if you’re looking to get started on a workout routine. A cup of coffee and a walk is all you need to get started. Trust me, you DON’T need to jump into a grueling routine right out of the gate.

Just remember, if you do start drinking coffee in the afternoon, just be sure to account for that – especially if you also drink coffee in the morning.

Drinking one cup in the morning, and one cup in the afternoon is really all you need.
