5-Minute Move SINKS Blood Pressure (No Meds!)

It’s called High-Resistance Inspiratory Muscle Strength Training (IMST) – a technique where a hand-held device provides resistance as you breath. In other words, as you suck in air, the tube tries to suck it back in.

IMST isn’t a new technology, but in the past some doctors have recommended using it for a grueling 30 minutes.

But this new study has found you only need to use IMST for FIVE MINUTES to lower blood pressure.

In fact, researchers found that folks who used IMST group for five minutes lowered their systolic blood pressure (the top number of your blood pressure reading) by an average of nine points.

Nine points may not seem like a lot, but researchers say this kind of improvement is BETTER than what most high blood pressure patients usually see from walking 30 minutes a day five days a week…
