SHRINK Your Waistline with This ‘Rhythmic’ Move

Summer is here… and that means it’s time to break out your favorite summer clothes! 

Whether it’s shorts for the golf course, or swim trunks for the pool… it’s time to ditch the long pants to stay cool in the summer heat.

According to new findings published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, practicing tai chi works just as well as aerobic exercise and strength training for achieving a healthy lifestyle… including reducing waist size! 

Now you might be tempted to roll your eyes and think, “there’s no way I can do something as complicated as tai chi.” But bear with me for a second…  

Tai chi is a graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied with deep breathing. It’s really, in fact, not as complicated as you might think! 

Plus, tai chi is also a popular exercise for folks with arthritis or joint pain because of its smooth, non-jarring movements.  

A new study found that older adults who participated in tai chi three times per week shaved close to one inch off their waistline compared to folks that didn’t exercise. 

And get this… 

People who took tai chi also shrunk their waistline MORE than folks that opted for brisk walking and strength training! 

That’s incredible!
