Wonder Vitamin SLASHES Fracture Risk in HALF

For the meta-analysis, scientists from Zhengzhou University in China analyzed the data from six studies that focus on fracture risk and vitamin C intake.

And the results were amazing… For every 50 mg of vitamin C you get a day, your risk of hip fracture is reduced by 5%.

OK, so maybe 5% percent doesn’t sound very exciting…

But it is when you consider that a single glass of orange juice or a serving of leafy greens contains 200 mg of vitamin C.

All you have to do is have a few servings of these healthy foods a day to slash your risk by HALF or more!

Experts report that vitamin C is so bone-protective because it helps turn immature bone cells into mature bone cells.
