“Warriors’ Remedy” Gently RELIEVES Constipation

Basically, they couldn’t “go.”

These digestion-easing, bowel-clearing effects come from kiwi containing high amounts of both soluble and insoluble fiber, which help increase stool bulk and make it softer – something that’s key for smooth, easy passing through the colon.

Plus, kiwi includes an enzyme called actinidin, which improves protein digestion and may have laxative effects.

Unless you’re allergic, kiwi is perfectly safe to eat – or you can opt for chewable kiwi tablets (available through makers like Senokot).

People who are allergic to hazelnuts, wheat, avocados, latex, figs, or poppy seeds are more likely to have a kiwi allergy… so if you’re not sure, start by eating a very, very small amount.

Then, keep an eye out for itchy throat, swelling, trouble swallowing, vomiting, or hives.
