Vitamin Cure SLASHES Heart Risk 30%
If you have heart problems, you already know there’s a good chance your life could be cut short.
And the mainstream offers little help. They’ll just offer you deadly drugs and bad advice.
But there is a way to extend your life, even if you’re already dealing with heart disease.
Because Norwegian researchers have just discovered the difference between who survives heart disease — and who doesn’t — might come down to a simple vitamin.
It’s no secret that you should be getting more vitamin D. It helps strengthen your bones, protect your heart and stop diabetes.
And as it turns out, it’s helping cure your heart disease, too.
In a recent study, scientists from the University of Bergen followed 4,000 heart disease patients over 12 years looking for a correlation between vitamin D intake and dying from heart problems.
At the end of the study, researchers found that folks who had a vitamin D blood range around 42 ng/ml decreased their risk of dying from heart disease by a whopping 30%!
That’s nearly a third. That could be the difference between seeing your grandkid graduate from high school or not.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
Researchers involved in the study report that it’s difficult to give a general recommendation of how much vitamin D supplementation one should take to achieve the 42ng/ml range.
You see, the optimal amount of vitamin D supplement varies for each person. Factors like location, diet and genetics each play a role.
So it’s best to have your doctor test your vitamin D levels and then adjust your vitamin D intake from there.
In the meantime, you can up your vitamin D levels by eating more fish, cheese and eggs. Or getting 15 minutes of unprotected sun exposure every day.
