Too Much of This Vitamin Could Be DEADLY! (Scary)
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Taking vitamins and supplements are one of the best things you can do for your health.
This is especially true as you get older. Since vitamins help ensure your body is getting enough essential nutrients to keep it functioning properly.
But when it comes to taking vitamins … it’s possible to have too much of a good thing!
In fact, according to some shocking new research, taking TOO MUCH of one popular vitamin could turn deadly for older adults!
But there’s no reason to panic. I’m here to share with you everything you need to know…
According to a study recently published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, taking high doses of the vitamin biotin could mask serious heart issues that may end up being missed on routine medical tests.
Biotin is a popular vitamin with older adults that helps fortify aging skin, hair, and nails.
But it turns out that overdoing it on biotin can cause “false” low readings in a blood test that measures the protein called troponin – which is used to help diagnose heart attacks.
In other words, taking too much biotin could end up fouling-up the readings on critical medical tests that could end up saving your life!
I know that news is jarring – especially if you already taking biotin.
But, I’m here to assure you that there’s no need to panic!
First, you should know how much biotin is “too much.”
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting... as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death -- and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
High doses of biotin are considered 1 milligram/day (or more). Meanwhile, the recommended safe dosage of biotin is only 30 MICROGRAMS/day… which in the equivalent of just 0.03 milligrams/day!
Second, you should be mindful of the serving size if you are taking a biotin supplement as it’s likely that it varies by manufacturer. If a serving size is significantly more than 0.03 milligrams, you should scale back.
You can also eat foods rich in biotin as an alternative to supplements. Food like eggs, beans, lentils, and sweet potatoes are all biotin-rich options.
Remember, biotin is NOT bad. But taking too much of it could lead to complications.
