URGENT: New Alzheimer’s Risk Found

Diagnosing Alzheimer's is a bit of guessing game.

There’s no specific test… just a handful of physical and behavior changes that indicate the disease.

And that’s a big problem…

Because some of these changes could be chocked-up to normal aging… especially in the beginning.

So how are you supposed to prevent a disease when the mainstream can barely diagnose it?

It’s simple…

Researchers have just discovered a promising new way to predict Alzheimer's before it starts.

And it’s available everywhere.

They say that eyes are the windows to you soul.

Now it looks like they are the windows to your brain, too.

So at your next eye appointment, there are three diseases you’re going to want your ophthalmologist to test for:

  • Age-related macular degeneration
  • Diabetic retinopathy
  • And glaucoma.

Here’s why…

In a recent study, scientists from the University of Washington analyzed the eye health and Alzheimer’s status of about 3,900 patients.

They were specifically looking for degenerative eye diseases like the ones listed above.

At the end of the trial, researchers found that suffering from any of these degenerative eye diseases increased your risk developing Alzheimer's by a whopping 50%!

This means if you have any of these eye issues… your brain might already be in danger!

Experts report that these diseases are good predictors of Alzheimer’s because the health of your eyes often reflects the health of your brain and central nervous system.

If you already have a degenerative eye disease — or you never want to get one — it’s time to take better care of your eyes.

And one simple way is to up your intake of lutein-rich vegetables like kale, Brussel sprouts, and carrots.
