URGENT: Ignore This TERRIBLE Diet Advice

For years, lots of so-called health “experts”… with political agendas… have been trying to get you to give up meat. 

They’ve tried to tell you that meat makes you fat… causes heart disease… and can even give you cancer! 

And it’s all one BIG lie. 

Now, the meat-haters are at it again, using a sketchy study to try to TRICK you into giving up the foods you love most. 

Here’s the part of the “research” they wantyou to see.

In a recent study on weight loss, 38 people SUPPOSEDLY lost a lot of weight on a high-carb, low-fat diet. 

Can you BELIEVE someone would STILL push a high-carb diet… the same type of eating that’s led to SKYROCKETING diabetes rates in America?

But wait… it gets worse. 

These poor folks ate only plant-based foods and NOTHING animal-based, including meat, at all. 

Could EVERYTHING we’ve been told about high-fat diets like Atkins and Paleo be wrong? Should we all go back to high-carb? 

Not so fast. 

There’s something about the folks behind this research that you need to know. 

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), the group that ran the study, SOUNDS like a respectable research institution. 

But here’s the truth – it’s actually a vegan advocacy group.

This study was a done by a group of vegans trying to get you to give up meat and adopt a vegan lifestyle. And I can’t BELIEVE that the media didn’t pick up on this. 

Actually, the PCRM has been LAMBASTED for unethical practices, biased “research,” and animal rights-based EXTREMISM.

All in the name of political correctness, this study pushes a veggies-only high-carb agenda without any regard for the concrete health benefits that come with a nice cut of chicken or beef and a low-carb diet.

Meat provides essential protein, vitamins, and minerals (iron, zinc, and B12 to name a few) that our bodies NEED. And PLENTY of studies have shown that low-carb diets work BETTER than high-carb when it comes to weight loss and maintenance. 

In fact, eating low-carb has also been found to increase “good” HDL cholesterol and lower harmful triglycerides – two changes that are actually good for your heart.

That’s the truth – no political spin required.
