Researchers used various health readings and an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) survey to monitor their results…
And after just three months, BOTH flaxseed groups saw improvements!
Specifically, their IBD survey scores were better (indicating less-severe symptoms) and their inflammatory markers were lower… suggesting that flax helped REDUCE the inflammation behind UC.
