For the review, scientists from the University of East Anglia analyzed the results of 25 studies. All considered research focused on berry consumption and heart disease status. 

At the end, they found thatfolks who ate just a handful of berries daily SLASHED their risk of dying from heart problems by a whopping 40%!

You’ll never see those kind of results from a mainstream drug. 

Experts report berries work because of they contain anthocyanins — powerful antioxidants that give berries their color. 

Anthocyanins improve artery stiffness, lower your blood pressure and reduce inflammation, all of which contribute to heart disease. 

And a handful of any variety — strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, etc. — will do the trick.
