The Alzheimer’s Warning Sign… On Your SKIN?!
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
If you’re one of the millions of Americans who struggle with psoriasis, you know just how AGGRAVATING those dry, itchy rashes can be.
Not to mention the embarrassment of the scaly patches that leave you constantly covering them up with long sleeves and pants.
But for psoriasis sufferers, things keep getting worse.
Because according to new research, people who battle psoriasis are ALSO more likely to develop ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE!
According to researchers in Korea, the incidence of Alzheimer’s is SIGNIFICANTLY higher in folks with psoriasis than those without it.
Listen, if you suffer from psoriasis I know that is SCARY news.
But I’m here today to tell you there are multiple ways to win the battle against psoriasis – AND stave off the risk of long-term memory loss.
And, NONE of them require prescription drugs or injections!
The root cause of psoriasis is inflammation. And for people with psoriasis, the condition goes well beyond the skin. The inflammation can also cause irreparable joint damage, diabetes, heart disease, and depression.
Researchers from the Catholic University of Korea in Seoul wanted to understand how the inflammation that causes psoriasis impacts the nervous system, which is vital to long-term memory.
They studied hundreds of thousands of patients… some with psoriasis and some without. They found that those WITH psoriasis showed a significantly increased risk for Alzheimer’s versus those without it.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
But here’s the GOOD news…
You can easily get your nagging inflammation under control (and your psoriasis) … NATURALLY!
For instance, try incorporating turmeric to your diet. Turmeric has long been known to have many anti-inflammatory properties. And for those with psoriasis, it can alter TNF cytokine expression, which can help in minimizing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis flare-ups. If you don’t want to add it directly to food, it can also be taken in pill or supplement form.
You can also eat foods high in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are known to help decrease inflammation in the body. This can be beneficial for psoriasis symptoms.
Omega-3s can be found in a variety of foods, including:
- flaxseed oil
- nuts
- seeds
- soy
- fatty fish
Fish oil is also available as a dietary supplement.
