Just imagine getting to enjoy delicious cashews or hearty walnuts and saving your heart at the same time. Sound too good to be true!

Researchers explain that this level of protection remains the same for all tree nuts and peanuts alike!

And there’s no reason to stop at three servings a week. The more you eat, the less likely you could be to develop heart disease.

Experts believe that nuts are so good for your heart because they help lower inflammation and balance your cholesterol — two of the key villains behind heart disease.
