Tasty Snack SLASHES Heart Risk 25%

For years the mainstream has been giving us all sorts of confusing dietary advice when it comes to heart disease.

One week it’s don’t eat fat. The next it’s eat all the fat you want. It’s like they can never make a final call on what’s really good for your ticker.

But no matter what the mainstream says, there’s one tasty snack you should never skip if you want to keep your heart in tiptop shape.

And according to Harvard researchers, it works best if you enjoy it several times a week.

I’m talking about nuts. And this should really come as no surprise.

These tiny treats have been scientifically proven to protect you from cancer, diabetes and dementia in the past.

Because of nuts’ incredible health-protective powers, Ivy League nutrition experts wanted to see if they could protect you from heart disease, too.

And as it turns out, they REALLY can!

For the recent study, scientists looked at the medical records and dietary habits of more than 200,000 participants looking for a connection between nut consumption and heart problems.

After crunching the numbers, the researchers found that folks who eat nuts two or three times a week lower their risk of heart disease by nearly 25%!

Just imagine getting to enjoy delicious cashews or hearty walnuts and saving your heart at the same time. Sound too good to be true!

Researchers explain that this level of protection remains the same for all tree nuts and peanuts alike!

And there’s no reason to stop at three servings a week. The more you eat, the less likely you could be to develop heart disease.

Experts believe that nuts are so good for your heart because they help lower inflammation and balance your cholesterol — two of the key villains behind heart disease.

So do your heart a favor and stock up on your favorite nuts today!
