These Superfoods CRUSH Cholesterol!
As you age, you’ll probably do just about anything to keep a healthy heart.

In the groundbreaking study, scientists from the University of Pisa observed a group of 26 participants who were at high risk of developing heart disease. During this two-week period, they were given 40 g (about 1.4 oz.) of dark chocolate infused with 10% olive oil.
Before and after the trial, urine and blood samples were obtained and tested for heart disease markers.
At the end, the folks getting the chocolate and olive oil combination saw:
- Dramatic improvements in metabolic markers
- Increased levels of endothelial progenitor cells, which help repair the heart
- Raised HDL (good) cholesterol levels
- And lowered blood pressure.
All of these factors are vital to stopping heart disease in its tracks.
