Superfood REVERSES Parkinson’s

You see, Parkinson's disease is caused by a particular protein — called alpha-synuclein — that forms clumps on your brain and scrambles its signals. 

So if you can stop the growth of alpha-synuclein, you can REVERSE the progression of Parkinson’s. 

And that’s exactly what parvalbumin, a certain compound found in fish, does. 

In a lab study, researchers found that parvalbumin seeks out alpha-synuclein and neutralizes it before it can form the clumps seen in Parkinson's. 

This means parvalbumin can clean up abnormal amyloids before they get a chance to form — stopping Parkinson’s before it starts! 

And getting more parvalbumin couldn’t be easier. You just have to eat more fish. 

Herring, cod, redfish, carp, red snapper and sockeye salmon all have high parvalbumin content. But levels can fluctuate due to sun exposure. Red snapper is likely your best year-round choice since it’s found in tropical, sunny waters.
