‘Sunshine’ Trick Cuts Risk of Multiple Sclerosis 50%?!
If you, a loved one, or even a dear friend is struggling with multiple sclerosis (MS), you know all too well how horrible and debilitating this disease can be.
This life-shattering autoimmune condition takes no prisoners and causes body-wrecking symptoms like…
A loss of vision… the inability to speak… numbness in your limbs… and even depleted energy levels…
And not to mention memory issues and pain!
And once MS takes control, you could lose your independence in the blink of an eye… with no recognized cure in sight.
But there’s new hope in the fight against MS.
Because new research has uncovered that a simple ‘sunshine’ trick may be the key to naturally stopping MS dead in its tracks – by as much at 50%!
According to a new study published in the journal Neurology, spending as little as 30 minutes outside in the sunshine on a daily basis may cut risk of MS roughly in half.
It turns out that vitamin D – aka the ‘sunshine vitamin’ – has a protective effect on your body’s neurological system, which can help stave off MS.

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
In fact, the study found that those who spent an average of 30 minutes to an hour outside each day during the previous summer had a 52% lower chance of developing MS. And the more time you spend in the sun, the more protection you can have against MS.
The study also found that those who averaged between 1-2 hours a day outside had an 81% reduced risk of developing MS.
In other words, the more you can get your daily dose of vitamin D, the better off you’ll be!
It should be noted that spending too much time in the sun can increase of your risk of skin cancer, so it’s important to wear sunscreen and keep your skin covered as much as possible – even during the winter months.
Now, I realize that getting ample sunshine isn’t always in your control. After all, you can’t control the weather, so getting ‘sunshine’ isn’t always doable.
However, taking a vitamin D supplement is a great way to ensure that you’re getting ample amounts of the ‘sunshine’ vitamin and all of its health benefits – even on dreary days.
Vitamin D supplements can be found at most grocery stores, pharmacies, and health food stores. As with any supplement, be sure to only take the dosage listed on the product label.
If you have a history of MS in your family, be sure to talk to your doctor about vitamin D.
