Strange Food STOPS Anxiety

These days it seems nearly impossible to avoid stress and anxiety.

And when the constant pressure of your family and financial responsibilities starts to add up, it can really start to take a toll on your physical and mental health.

But your doctor is no help — he’ll just say, “Stop doing so much,” or hand you a script for a dangerous drug.

For the experiment, scientists from the University of Victoria analyzed the food intake and anxiety and stress symptoms of over 520 participants.

At the end, it was clear that folks who ate Marmite regularly had significant improvements in their stress and anxiety levels!

This means getting just one serving (about a teaspoon) of Marmite a day could make all the difference when it comes to managing your anxiety — something most drugs can’t offer.

Experts report that Marmite is so good at keeping your stress levels low because it’s packed with B vitamins, which help boost your brain functions and improve your mood.

So how do you eat it?

It’s simple. Marmite can be spread on toast, or some folks like it straight out of the jar.
