According to research, dark roasted coffees provide more protection than light roasted coffee. Dark roasted coffee has higher quantities of phenylindanes, which research has found can prevent Parkinson’s.

It turns out that caffeinated AND de-caffeinated dark roast both have identical potencies when it comes to stopping Parkinson’s.
