You see, mental health professionals have been telling you for years that hours of strenuous exercise is the best was to stop depression without taking pills.

As it turns out, this is all wrong…

In a recent study, researchers analyzed the exercise levels and depression symptoms of over 33,000 adults.

At the end of the 11 year trial, the scientists found that 12 percent of all depression cases could have been prevented with just one hour of exercise per week!

That’s only nine minutes a day!

Just imagine what getting in 15 or 20 minutes a day of walking or light yoga could do for your depression risk.

Experts report that exercise, even is such small amounts, helps release natural chemical in the brain that can promote a sense of well-being and quell anxiety and depression without taking any drugs.

So get out your walking shoes and make sure you get in at least nine minutes every day.
