Stop ‘Brain Fog’ in Just 29 Minutes?! (Here’s How)

Let’s face it. We ALL suffer from occasional ‘brain fog’.

Maybe you forgot something at the store… or left something on the counter instead of putting it back in the fridge.

It happens to the best of us.

But what if I told you there was a simple way to STOP brain fog and stay more ALERT?

And it doesn’t involve countless cups of coffee or those risky ‘energy’ drinks?

And best of all, it only requires 29 minutes of your day.

According to a new study out of the University of South Florida, getting an EXTRA 29 minutes of sleep each night can help increase your mindfulness during the daytime.

This includes everything from overall well-being, job performance, and even keeping your mind from wandering into random thoughts.

Researchers examined a group of over 60 nurses (who need to be alert for their jobs ) and their sleep patterns for two weeks.

During that time, they wore sleep trackers and answered a series of ‘mindfulness’ questions three times per day.

After combining data from both the trackers and the answers to the questionnaire… they found that on average an extra 29 minutes of shut-eye allowed them to stay more focused and feeling more alert.

(Because let’s face it, you can be ‘awake’ but not fully focused even if you are getting sleep!)

So, what can YOU do to make sure you’re getting enough quality sleep to eliminate the lack of focus you sometimes feel?

You can do simple things like eliminating screen time before bed, but my go-to is magnesium.
