Stop ‘Brain Fog’ in Just 29 Minutes?! (Here’s How)
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Let’s face it. We ALL suffer from occasional ‘brain fog’.
Maybe you forgot something at the store… or left something on the counter instead of putting it back in the fridge.
It happens to the best of us.
But what if I told you there was a simple way to STOP brain fog and stay more ALERT?
And it doesn’t involve countless cups of coffee or those risky ‘energy’ drinks?
Well, my friend, there IS!
And best of all, it only requires 29 minutes of your day.
According to a new study out of the University of South Florida, getting an EXTRA 29 minutes of sleep each night can help increase your mindfulness during the daytime.
This includes everything from overall well-being, job performance, and even keeping your mind from wandering into random thoughts.
Researchers examined a group of over 60 nurses (who need to be alert for their jobs ) and their sleep patterns for two weeks.
During that time, they wore sleep trackers and answered a series of ‘mindfulness’ questions three times per day.
After combining data from both the trackers and the answers to the questionnaire… they found that on average an extra 29 minutes of shut-eye allowed them to stay more focused and feeling more alert.
(Because let’s face it, you can be ‘awake’ but not fully focused even if you are getting sleep!)
So, what can YOU do to make sure you’re getting enough quality sleep to eliminate the lack of focus you sometimes feel?
You can do simple things like eliminating screen time before bed, but my go-to is magnesium.
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting... as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death -- and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
Magnesium is a great supplement to help you get into that DEEP SLEEP zone that makes you feel more rested… and more alert and focused.
Magnesium naturally influences your nervous system by blocking ‘excitable’ molecules from binding to neurons… creating a ‘calming’ effect.
It also promotes the release of renin and melatonin – two hormones that help regulate your sleep quality.
Magnesium is widely available both as a supplement AND in countless foods.
You can find magnesium supplements at health food stores and online retailers. And foods like pumpkin seeds, spinach, and even mouthwatering dark chocolate are packed with magnesium.
