- 3 oranges
- 4 carrots
- 2 lemons
- Ginger (small piece)
- Turmeric (2 small roots)
- 2 cups water
Peel the orange and lemon, add the other ingredients into a blender, pulse for about 2 minutes and it’s ready to go.
I also love this inflammation-busting smoothie Here’s how to get started:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 6 medium strawberries
- A handful of baby spinach
- A handful of raspberries
- 1/4 of a ripe avocado
- The juice of half a lime
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 ice cubes
Toss everything into a blender, blend until smooth, serve chilled and enjoy!
