SOLVED: The Great Egg Debate

For years, the geniuses at the FDA have given you all kinds of reasons to avoid eggs… 

They’ve said this incredibly nutritious food will up your cholesterol, increase your risk of stroke and even wreck your blood sugar.

Because according to a groundbreaking Australian study, eating eggs doesn’t threaten your health. 

In fact, eating more of them could enhance it. 

In the recent study, researchers from the University of Sydney split a group of diabetic and prediabetic participants into two groups. One ate a high-egg diet (12 eggs per week). The other ate a low-egg diet (two eggs per week). 

For the next year, scientists tracked heart health and weight changes in all participants. 

At the end of the trial, it was clear that eating lots of eggs does ZERO damage to your heart and waistline. 

Even better? The results showed that eggs are a good source of protein and nutrients that can help improve eye, heart and blood vessel health in diabetics. 

And other studies found thateating more eggs can actually improve your insulin resistance, boost your weight loss and lower your risk of stroke.

Experts report eggs are so good for your heart and blood sugar because they contain high levels of vitamins E, D and A, which help your body naturally fight inflammation — the key driver behind all disease. 

When choosing eggs go for the organic, pasture-raised variety. This type has the highest level of nutrients.
