Slash Stroke Risk 61%?

If you ask your typical doctor how you can avoid having a stroke, expect to hear a whole lot about statins.

After careful analysis, they found that folks who visit a sauna four–seven times a week slashed their risk of having a stroke by an incredible 61%!

Just imagine what this could mean for your future. 

Experts report that the heat from the sauna improves blood flow and blood vessel function, both of which can help lower your risk of stroke.

But the good news doesn’t end there…

Other studies show that regular sauna use can also reduce your chances of getting a cold and even help alleviate the symptoms of chronic diseases like arthritis and asthma.
