Slash Cholesterol with ZERO Statins [Big Pharma Stunned]

Cholesterol-lowering statins may be the greatest medical FRAUD ever.

Mainstream doctors have promised us that statins are safe… propping them up as a ‘magic’ pill that will instantly lower your cholesterol.

Nearly one-third of American adults over the age of 40 are taking a statin RIGHT NOW… and Big Pharma is laughing all the way to the bank.

But here’s what you won’t hear from Big Pharma (or your doctor)…

Countless research studies have linked statins to countless ailments and diseases like excruciating muscle pain, cataracts, and even dementia!

So, my question to you is… why on Earth would you ever take statins?!

Well, I’m here to share some good news in the fight against high cholesterol… and it doesn’t involve a single statin!

According to research, including sprouts in your daily diet may increase “good” cholesterol and reduce total and “bad” cholesterol levels.

There are numerous out there that point to sprouts being beneficial to cholesterol levels on animals. And research has unlocked the same cholesterol-blasting benefits in humans.

How’d they do it? In a recent eight-week study, researchers analyzed nearly 40 folks that dealt with high levels of cholesterol. Half took sprouts on a daily basis… half didn’t.

At the end of the study, they found that the group that had consumed sprouts had 12% higher levels of “good” HDL cholesterol and 75–84% lower levels of triglycerides and “bad” LDL cholesterol than the group that didn’t consume any sprouts.

Just imagine YOUR “bad” cholesterol plummeting by a whopping 75%… WITHOUT statins!

Ok, I know what you’re thinking… sprouts aren’t exactly the best-tasting thing in the world.

I get it… nobody is clamoring to shove mounds of sprouts into their mouth.

But luckily there are a handful of sprout ‘supplements’ out there that give you all their cholesterol-blasting benefits without the bland taste of raw sprouts.

Take broccoli sprouts and lentil sprouts for example… both were used in the aforementioned study linked to lower cholesterol levels and are made in easy-to-stomach supplement form.

Broccoli sprouts are generally made in a power or pill. Add the powder to your favorite smoothie, or toss it in with a fresh salad.

Sprouted lentils are also sold in supplement form, and can be added into hearty soups… and even mixed in with mouthwatering burgers (talk about a healthy burger!).
