For the study, scientists reviewed the lycopene intake of almost 100,000 older women, looking for a link to kidney cancer
And after crunching the numbers, they were stunned…
The women who ingested the most lycopene were 39 percent less likely to develop kidney cancer!
Experts believe lycopene is so effective against cancer because it can reduce inflammation and hunt down dangerous free radicals — two of the key drivers behind all disease.
