Folks who exercised regularly were significantly less likely to develop Alzheimer’s.
Even better, folks already suffering from Alzheimer’s greatly improved their quality of life, mobility, balance and memory with regular exercise.
The researchers believe exercise is so effective because it increases blood flow and the release of chemicals that help brain cells function properly.
