In fact, they were able to cut out the equivalent of about three cookies a day.

Experts believe that the extra sleep helps shut off the brain signals that trigger strong cravings for sugary, unhealthy foods.
So if you’re not getting enough sleep these days, there’s no better time to try to get at least 21 minutes more!
