Shocking Vision Study a ‘Must See’ For Every Senior
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
Your eyes just aren’t what they used to be.
Maybe the TV is getting a little blurry… or you’re having a hard time reading the fine print on menus and road signs at a distance.
But for millions of seniors, fading vision is a normal part of aging… even if they don’t like to admit it.
If this sounds like you… you’re not alone!
In fact, according to a new Swedish vision study, most older adults still believe their vision is pretty good.
BUT, nearly 60% of folks over the age of 70 can actually IMPROVE their eyesight… and that’s because what they perceive as ‘good’ vision often doesn’t match reality.
According to the study, participants whose vision was deteriorating still rated their eyesight as ‘good’.
And for those who did admit that their eyesight was failing, they couldn’t identify the root cause of their declining vision.
But according to the data, may seniors simply suffer from unknown vision issues ranging from glasses that are the wrong prescription to cataracts (which is ‘clouding’ of the eyes).
So how do you identify potential vision issues… even if you feel like your vision is in tip-top shape?
The first thing you want to do is get an eye exam.
Getting an annual eye exam can pinpoint any potential vision issues you may not know about… and is the unbiased method to determine if your vision is ACTUALLY clear.

And while there is no ‘magic pill’ to give you perfect vision… there are plenty of natural supplements out there that support healthy eyes and clearer vision.
Vitamin B1 (aka thiamine) is a great eye-health supplement. There’s evidence that vitamin B1 may reduce your risk of getting cataracts AND may be effective for treating uveitis, an inflammatory eye condition that can lead to blindness.
There are also omega-3 fatty acids. It’s believed that docosahexaenoic acid (commonly known as DHA), a type of omega-3 fatty acid, helps in the development of cells in your retina. DHA also plays a role in reducing inflammation and helping cells of your retina and your cornea heal and regenerate after damage due to light exposure and aging.
And don’t forget to take your vitamin C. Many studies show that vitamin C reduces the risk of getting some types of cataracts.
These eye-friendly supplements can be found at both online, and retails health stores.
