The Mediterranean diet beat the other two diets with flying colors. It even showed that it’s more likely to beat aggressive tumors and STOP prostate cancer in its tracks!
The reason why? The Mediterranean diet works so well is because of the fish, legumes, and olive oil.
All of these foods are high in omega 3’s which lessen inflammation, a precursor to cancer.
