Relaxing Trick PROTECTS Your Ticker (No Exercise!)

Mainstream docs LOVE to talk about exercise and its beneficial effects on your heart… but for many folks, especially seniors, rigorous activity just isn’t possible.

Maybe your bones ache… your joints creak… or you’re wracked with fatigue. Heck, maybe you’re worried about suffering a fall or deadly bleed.

Whatever it is, your doc DOESN’T get it – and he’ll keep PUSHING you to “protect” your ticker.

But, friend, there’s an easier way to IMPROVE your heart health and DODGE deadly heart disease.

It’s a relaxing activity that’s been shown to SLASH the odds of heart attack, stroke, and high blood pressure… and unlike exhausting exercise, it’s GENTLE on your body!

All you’ve got to do is visit a sauna.

I know, I know. It’s sounds too good to be true…

But in a recent study, published in Complementary Therapies in Medicine last summer, researchers found that relaxing in a steamy sauna can work your heart as much as moderate-intensity exercise.

Except in this case, you don’t have to move a muscle.

In the study, German scientists recruited 19 healthy adult volunteers and measured their heart rate and blood pressure before and after a 25-minute sauna session. Later, the same group of volunteers worked out on exercise bikes, and researchers recorded their numbers again…

And amazingly, blood pressure and heart rate reached the same levels in BOTH activities!

That means that you can effectively “exercise” your ticker without exhausting your body, helping to improve your heart health and avoid deadly conditions like heart disease…

But that’s just the beginning.

For a while now, we’ve known that regular sauna use can lead to incredible improvements in overall health.

In 2015, an article published by JAMA Internal Medicine found that middle-aged men who visited a sauna more than four times per week were 63 percent less likely to suffer sudden cardiac death, compared to those who went just once per week.

The same group had a 48 percent lower risk of heart disease… and they were 40 percent less likely to die of ANY CAUSE…

Plus, a 2016 study found that men who visited a sauna four-plus times per week were 66 percent less likely to develop dementia!

Researchers attribute many of these effects to saunas improving blood flow, helping your body get the nutrients it needs while lowering any potential strain on your heart.

So, it’s time to start sweating.

Look for a spa, fitness center, or gym that offers sauna services in your area. You might have to purchase a membership, but the full-body benefits could be worth the cost.

Just make sure to hydrate after every visit.
