Pounding Headache? Reach for THIS ‘Miracle’ Mineral

However, millions of Americans may not be getting enough of it… even WITH a healthy diet.

And for folks that get frequent headaches, they are definitely NOT getting enough magnesium.

Evidence suggests that magnesium deficiency is more common in people who get frequent migraine headaches, compared to those who don’t.

Compare that to ibuprofen… a common OTC medication used to treat headaches. The recommended dose of ibuprofen is sometimes 800 mg, with additional 400 mg if and when needed.
