Is This Popular Vitamin a Health HAZARD?!
Dear Turapür Today Reader,
It’s no secret that taking vitamins and supplements are one of the best things you can do for your overall health.
And this is especially true as you get older since vitamins help ensure your body is getting enough essential nutrients to keep it functioning properly.
But it’s possible to have too much of a good thing, even when it comes to taking vitamins!
In fact, according to some shocking new research, taking TOO MUCH of one popular vitamin could actually be HAZARDOUS for your health!
But there’s no reason to panic… and there’s no reason to STOP taking vitamins or supplements.
Here’s everything you need to know…
According to a study publishing in The Journal of Endocrinology, consuming too much vitamin A may decrease bone thickness, which could lead to weak bones that are prone to breaks and fractures.
Vitamin A is an essential vitamin that is important for numerous mechanisms including growth, vision, immunity and organ function.
Your body is unable to make vitamin A on its own, so getting vitamin A must be done through your diet or supplementation.
The problem is, TOO MUCH vitamin A can weaken your bones… which is the last thing you want happening to you as you get older.
In fact, the study found that vitamin A levels 4.5-13 more times the recommended daily allowance causes a weakening of the bones.
Weakened bones can lead to unnecessary fractures and breaks that could land you in the hospital.
Now, here’s the good news…

This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
This Food Could Be Growing Deadly Tumors
Are we literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on our dinner plates?
This is important. THIS one food could be growing cancer cells.
And here’s where it gets interesting… as soon as we STOP eating it, the opposite happens: cancer cells STARVE to death — and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the evidence here.
Vitamin A is still good for you!
A balanced diet that includes meat, dairy products and vegetables is perfectly sufficient to maintain your body’s optimal vitamin A levels.
If you do find yourself lacking in some of the foods that contain vitamin A, taking a supplement is also okay. BUT, just be sure to only stick with the recommended dosage clearly listed on the product label. This will ensure you’re not going overboard.
If you have a history of bone fractures, just be sure to talk to your doctor about vitamin A… especially if you plan on taking a supplement.
