Popular Drink DOUBLES Heart Disease Risk

For years, the mainstream has blamed food for the rise in heart disease — eggs, dairy and red meat have all made the FDA’s bad list.

And in each case science comes along and shows that these foods are harmless and often good for your heart.

That’s because the FDA keeps missing that food isn’t the biggest villain when it comes to heart disease.

Instead, it all comes to down to one dangerous type of drink.

And Emory University researchers have just proven it can double your chances of dying from heart disease.

I’m talking about sugar-sweetened drinks, like soda.

This should be no surprise, really.

This toxic, sugar-ladened drink has been wrecking your blood sugar and waistline for years.

Now it’s the driving force behind your heart struggles, too.

In the recent study, researchers analyzed the health data and sugar intake of nearly 18,000 older folks, looking for a link between the beverages and heart disease.

At the end of the study, researchers found folks who drank 24 oz. — about two sodas— every day DOUBLED their risk of dying from heart disease.

Interestingly, they saw no link between eating sugary foods and heart disease risk.

Experts believe this is due to the way sugary drinks are metabolized. Unlike foods, these drinks have no other nutrients, so your body is instantly flooded with dangerous sugar.

So trade in those sodas and sugar-sweetened drinks for refreshing hydrogen water today.
