Odd Timing Trick MELTS Fat

And you won’t believe what a difference it can make. 

We all know that eating late at night can really upset your stomach. But now it looks like this bad habit can also expand your waistline, too. 

In a recent study, researchers from the University of Adelaide split mice into two groups. One group had access to a poor diet round-the-clock. The other group only had access for a 12-hour window. 

At the end of the trial, the mice on the 12-hour feeding cycle weighed significantly less than those who could eat at will. 

This means switch your mealtimes to a 12-hour period could help you melt pounds, even if you’re not following a strict diet!

Experts report that meal timing is so essential for weight-loss because it helps improve vagus nerve functions. 

You see, after you eat vagus nerves within your stomach wall send signals to your brain. These signals indicate whether you feel full or not.

Research suggests such nerves lose their sensitivity in obese folks. This causes them to have to eat more to feel satisfied. 

But targeting your vagus nerves with 12-hour eating window could help restore that sensitivity, helping you lose weight.

And following it could not be easier. Just pick a window that works for you, like 8am to 8pm, for example. 

After just a few weeks, you could see REAL results.
