New: Daily Trick ELIMINATES Anxiety

Over the last few days, I’ve done some asking around… surveying folks (mostly seniors) about what they want to do now that it’s 2020…

And the overwhelming answer?


These days, it seems, more and more folks are struggling with overwhelming anxiety, constant stress, and intrusive worry… and if you’re one of them, you know that the problem’s NOT “all in your head.”

In fact, anxiety can contribute to a variety of harsh health problems – including heart disease, high blood pressure, and headaches!

It can even do a number on your immune system, leaving it weak and weary.

Fortunately, new research has confirmed a safe and simple way to END your anxiety and CALM your mind… and it all comes down to one daily trick.

You’ve got to get some shuteye.

In a new study, recently published in Nature Human Behavior, scientists from the University of California, Berkeley used MRIs and other techniques to analyze the brain activity of 18 young adults exposed to “emotionally stirring” videos.

One viewing came after the subjects got a full night’s sleep, while another came after participants had stayed up all night. Researchers used surveys to gauge the participants’ anxiety levels after viewing…

And the results were JAW-DROPPING.

After the all-nighter, researchers observed that participants’ prefrontal cortexes (which help regulate anxiety) basically SHUT DOWN!

Plus, their deeper emotional centers were shown to be over-active… almost like their brains were “too heavy on the emotional accelerator pedal,” according to one scientist.

After participants’ night of full sleep, though, they showed less anxiety... with greater improvements depending on how much non-rapid eye movement (or NREM) sleep they got.

Researchers say this form of deep sleep is a natural anxiety-inhibitor… and what’s more, they CONTINUED this study with an additional 30 subjects, confirming its results!

Now, I know what you’re thinking: For many folks, getting more (or better) sleep is easier said than done.

Factors like pain, discomfort, needing the restroom, and even anxiety itself can steal your chance at shuteye… but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

Taking melatonin, a natural hormone that helps regulate how our bodies rest, as a supplement can help you FALL asleep faster and STAY asleep longer – and it’s readily available at most drugstores and pharmacies.

Consider picking some up and popping the recommended dose just before bedtime. Then, kick your electronics to the curb.

Cellphones, TVs, tablets, and computers all emit harmful blue light that can inhibit your body’s natural melatonin and mess with your sleep-wake cycle, keeping you awake and alert when you should be resting.

To minimize this effect – and get back to blissful, soothing sleep — end your screen time three hours before bed.
