Morning Favorite SLASHES Diabetes Risk

The hard truth about diabetes is that almost anything can put you at risk.

But now, experts say they’ve found an all-new way to LOWER your risk of diabetes and SIDESTEP those heart-harming add-ons… and it’s as easy as brewing up a classic a.m. favorite.

I’m talking about coffee.

In a meta-analysis recently presented to the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, researchers combed through 30 studies about the relationship between coffee and diabetes.

Altogether, they reviewed data from over 1.2 MILLION people…

Which makes what they found EVEN MORE impressive…

Because they saw that drinking a certain amount of coffee actually SLASHES your risk of type 2 diabetes.

And I’m not talking about just a little coffee here and there…

No, the biggest benefit came from drinking three or more cups EVERY DAY!

It’s like the more you drink, the safer you are – with habitual coffee drinkers reducing their diabetes risk by as much as 30 PERCENT, according to the study.

And amazingly, the same benefits show up even if you’re drinking decaf.

While experts don’t completely understand how this works yet, it probably has something to do with the combination of compounds found in coffee beans. 

Trigonelline, cafestol, cafeic acid, and chlorogenic acid are thought to be especially important due to their potential anti-oxidant or anti-inflammatory effects and the possibility of affecting blood sugar responses…

But all you really need to know is that coffee works, and it works well– SHIELDING you from one of the world’s most common and debilitating conditions.

And I’ve no doubt that you know where to get it.

Make a habit of stopping by your local café or coffee shop each morning – or save time and money by brewing up a pot at home – and sip through a solid three cups to get the best benefits.

Just stay away from the sugary, syrupy blood-sugar bombs sold by most mainstream retailers and be careful about drinking too late into the evening.

Even if it’s decaffeinated, too much can still keep you up at night.
