Miracle Nutrient Gives You Bones of Steel

As you age, few things are as important as your bone health.

It turns out that if you’re eating omega-3-rich foods regularly, you can lower your hip fracture risk by a whopping 88%!

Even better? Omega-3-rich foods are delicious! These include salmon, tuna, walnuts, eggs and leafy greens, and all you have to do is eat them five–seven times a week.

Or you can always grab an omega-3 supplement from your local pharmacy instead.

Just be sure that it’s been molecularly distilled. This form has the least amount of impurities.
