Miracle Food STOPS Heart Disease and Cancer

They’re two of the deadliest illnesses around: heart disease and colon cancer.

And thanks to our ultra-processed Western diet, they’re spreading like wildfire and killing countless seniors every single day. 

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

According to researchers from the University of Illinois, there’s one food you should be eating more of if you want to STOP heart disease and colon cancer in their tracks. 

And it only takes a handful a day to make a REAL difference. 

I’m talking about walnuts. And for years they’ve been helping your eyesight and boosting your brain. 

Now it looks like these magic nuts can shield your heart and colon too. 

For the study, researchers split 18 participants into two groups. One group ate 42 grams (about a handful) of walnuts every day for two three-week periods and the other group didn’t.  

Except for the walnuts, the participants ate the same diet. 

At the start and end of the study, all participants had blood samples taken. These measured their cholesterol, blood sugar and inflammation levels.

Additionally, fecal samples were analyzed to identify their levels of gut bacteria.

After just six weeks, the walnut group saw a significant reduction in their excess bile acids — a leading cause of stomach cancer — and lowered their “bad” cholesterol levels — the key driver of heart disease.  

Experts report that the high fiber content of walnuts promotes the growth of “good” bacteria in the gut, which improves your heart and colon health.
