Men: This Salty Snack ENDS Prostate Issues

Specifically, their symptoms scores (measured via a standardized survey) were reduced by a whopping 30 PERCENT… indicating less frequent straining, improved stream strength, reduced urgency, and more!

Plus, men taking pumpkin seed extract reported decreases in nocturia (waking up to pee) and increases in overall quality of life…

But that’s not all.

According to researchers, these men were also able to more effectively EMPTY their bladders!
