Eating a diet rich in protein and vegetables – and staying away from refined sugars – will help you fend off unwanted pounds. And don’t forget to exercise to help burn calories.
Now, when it comes to osteoporosis, it’s important to get screened with your doctor to understand if your bones are beginning to deteriorate.
In the meantime, eat well, stay active, and yes… don’t forget the calcium.
