Mealtime Trick CUTS Cancer Risk 25%

It’s no secret that food is a key factor when it comes to who gets cancer and who doesn’t. 

Sugary, pesticide-ridden processed foods are pushing the cancer epidemic in this country. 

But now it looks like getting cancer could depend more on when rather you than what you eat. 

Fortunately, there’s an easy way to fix it. 

All you have to do is eat at a certain time. 

Eating late at night can cause you all kinds of health issues. 

But upset stomach, weight gain and trouble sleeping are just the tip of the iceberg. 

You see, European researchers have just discovered that eating your dinner after a certain hour can make cancer grow like wildfire. 

For the study, researchers analyzed the meal and sleep times and cancer statuses of more than 4,000 people. 

After crunching the numbers, researchers found that folks who ate before 9 p.m. were a whopping 25% less likely to develop certain cancers.

On the other hand, those who ate after 9 p.m. saw a significant increase in cancer risk.

This means all you have to do to cut your cancer risk by a quarter is to eat before 9 p.m.! It’s that simple. 

Experts report that eating late can spike your blood sugar and increase inflammation — two of the key drivers of cancer. 

If eating before 9 p.m. isn’t an option for you, researchers suggest leaving at least a two-hour gap between your last meal and your bedtime for cancer protection.
