On the other hand, those who ate after 9 p.m. saw a significant increase in cancer risk.
This means all you have to do to cut your cancer risk by a quarter is to eat before 9 p.m.! It’s that simple.
Experts report that eating late can spike your blood sugar and increase inflammation — two of the key drivers of cancer.
If eating before 9 p.m. isn’t an option for you, researchers suggest leaving at least a two-hour gap between your last meal and your bedtime for cancer protection.
